仕事内容/Job Summary	コストコ内の調剤薬局にて、処方箋に基づいた調剤、または、OTC販売をします。その他には、薬の在庫管理、発注、納品、陳列を行います。他社にはない輸入サプリメントを取り扱っております。Fills and dispense prescriptions for customers. Assists customers at counter、 retrieves prescriptions、 rings up customers. Orders and stocks drugs、 supplies、 and over-the-counter merchandise. （変更の範囲：会社の定める業務） （Changes in scope of work to be performed:Work determined by Costco.）
給与/Wages	時給　3、000円 残業(時間外勤務)・休日勤務時給　 4、050円 深夜時給 22時以降(深夜割増含む)　3、750円 *ただし最初の90日間は試用期間時給となります。 *1000時間(半年)毎に50円の幅で昇給し最高3、400円(月収例58万円)まで昇給 *休日勤務手当：国民の祝日に勤務した際の時給(土日含みません) *1日の休憩時間のうち最高30分まで給与が支払われます Hourly wage　3、000 yen Overtime / Holiday Work wage　4、050 yen Night time wage (after 10PM)　3、750 yen *The first 90 days will be an hourly wage for a probationary period *Wages increase 50 yen automatically after every 1、000 working hours (approximately 6 months) up to 3、400 yen （580、000 yen） *Holiday work: Working on National Holidays (Saturdays and Sundays are not included) *Paid 30 minute break per day

勤務時間/Working Hours	9:30～21:30の内週20時間以上・30時間未満5 hours/day shifts between 9:30AM to 9:30PM・Less than 30 hours/week
